Blood Orange & Manuka Honey with Greek style Yoghurt

Bloody lovely

This has, obviously, no element of heat necessary to bring these ingredients together. You just have to love Greek style yoghurt; it is so much more robust!

It was just so tangy-licious, and strikingly easy on the eye that I had to share it here.

Feast!

Add the pine nuts from last weeks goodie bag. Toast them first.

Delish! Hatching another idea combo now: avocado, toasted pine nuts, shallots, and roasted tomatoes with goat’s cheese tossed in the yoghurt, on a crispy grilled French loaf drizzled with EVOO and rubbed with garlic.
